Revamping Factional Warfare: A UI/UX Case Study for EVE Online's Havoc Expansion

As we approach the release of EVE Online's newest expansion, Equinox, I wanted to share a case study of one of the projects I was involved with in the previous one, Havoc.

As a UI/UX designer, I had the opportunity to work on refactoring the Factional Warfare enlistment process for both empire and pirate factions. This case study walks you through my design process—starting with identifying pain points and mapping player journeys, to iterating wireframes and playtesting high-fidelity prototypes.
